Singapore Repeaters Among Over 500 Notes in Crown Currency Sale

An exciting pair of Singapore notes with fancy serial numbers are among over 500 notes featured in a Crown Currency auction that is entirely certified by Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®). With notes from nearly 150 countries, Live Auction 18 will be held June 13, 2023.

The auction includes several notes with fancy serial numbers, including a pair of Singapore ND (2020) 2 Dollar notes, each with a Repeater Serial Number and each graded PMG 65 Gem Uncirculated EPQ (lot 396). Repeater numbers are ones in which a sequence of numbers is repeated in the serial number. In these two notes, the serial numbers differ only in one of their prefix characters: 7BL256256 and 7BM256256.

The auction also includes dozens of "Top Pop" notes, ones that are unsurpassed in the PMG Population Report. Among them are 34 that earned PMG's highest grade (PMG 70★ Gem Uncirculated EPQ), including a Singapore 2015 50 Dollars - Limited Edition Commemorative encapsulated with PMG's SG50 special label (lot 405).
