NGC and PMG Attending the Northeast Oklahoma Coin Show

NGC and PMG representatives will accept submissions and answer questions at the Northeast Oklahoma Coin Show on June 12-14, 2025.

Numismatic Guaranty Company® (NGC®) and Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) are excited to announce that representatives will be in attendance to answer questions and accept submissions of coins, tokens, medals and banknotes at the sixth annual Northeast Oklahoma Coin Show, being held at the Ruffin Event Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on June 12-14, 2025.

Cut-off time may change due to submission volumes. Check with NGC or PMG staff at our booths to confirm the submission cut-off time.

Submitters must pay by credit card or check at the show; cash cannot be accepted as a form of payment.

Special Note: Due to the special handling required, NGC does not accept submissions of the following coins at this show: coins for First/Early Releases designations, coins over 3.5 inches (90 mm) in diameter and 0.39 inches (10 mm) in depth and coins that NGC requires to be submitted in original Mint-sealed packing, including:

  • Coin & Chronicles sets
  • Coin & Currency sets
  • American Liberty 4-medal set
  • March of Dimes 3-coin set
  • West Point 2-coin set
  • San Francisco 2-coin Proof set
  • 30th Anniversary Eagles
  • 25th Anniversary Eagles
  • 20th Anniversary Eagles
  • American Liberty Series
  • 10th Anniversary Platinum Sets

These submissions must be sent directly to NGC headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, by the submitter.
