The early May sale is led by rarities from India and the Caribbean.

More than 300 world banknotes certified by Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) are being offered in an upcoming sale presented by Lockdales Auctioneers & Valuers. Bidding is already underway for the respected English auction house's Auction 292 - The Lockdales PMG Graded Banknote Sale, which ends on May 8, 2025.

The top note in the sale is a Trinidad & Tobago / British Administration 1939 10 Dollars graded PMG 25 Very Fine (lot 318), with an estimate of £4,000 to £5,000 (about $5,200 to $6,500).
