PMG Highlights in Spink April Auction

Spink will offer the Bruce Smart Collection of Middle East and North Africa notes at auction on April 12, 2016. The sale will be held at at the Spink's headquarters in London. A number of impressive PMG-certified banknotes are featured in the auction, including several highlights listed below.
