NGC, NCS & PMG at the December 2017 HKINF

Numismatic Guaranty Corporation® (NGC®), Numismatic Conservation Services® (NCS®) and Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) will attend the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF) at The Mira Hotel in Hong Kong, China, December 8-10, 2017.

The following services will be offered at the HKINF:

PMG Expedited Grading

PMG will offer its popular expedited grading special for notes received during the December HKINF or at its China Hong Kong office December 4-7. The estimated turnaround time for the expedited grading special is three weeks (not including shipping time). There is no additional fee for the faster turnaround time. Note: The turnaround time is approximate and not guaranteed. Submissions will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis and, in the event of extremely high demand, later submissions may require a longer turnaround time.

Early Submissions

Submit for NGC grading, NCS conservation and PMG expedited grading before the show opens at the lounge on the 3rd floor of the Mira Hotel. NGC, NCS and PMG representatives will be accepting submissions from 10:00 to 18:00 on December 6 and 7.

Show Submissions

Submit for NGC grading, NCS conservation and PMG expedited grading at booths A3-A6 during the HKINF.

All submissions received by NGC, NCS and PMG are shipped with insurance to the companies’ headquarters in the US for grading and, if requested, conservation. After grading, coins and notes are shipped with insurance to the companies’ China Hong Kong office for pick-up. All submissions must be picked up at the Hong Kong office in China.

Free NGC and NCS Evaluations

David Camire, NCS President and NGC Finalizer, will be conducting free evaluations of coins at the HKINF. Evaluations will be provided 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00, December 8-9. To ensure that we help as many people as possible, there is a limit of 10 coins per person for the free evaluations. Evaluations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Because evaluations are performed in a show environment, as opposed to our standard grading environment (with proper lighting conditions and facilities), all opinions should be used only as a guide. The grading opinion may change after the coins are submitted and evaluated at our office.

Free PMG Evaluations

Chad Greenbach, a PMG Grading Finalizer, will be conducting free evaluations of paper money at the HKINF. Evaluations will be provided 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00, December 8-10. To ensure that we help as many people as possible, there is a limit of 10 notes per person for the free evaluations. Evaluations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Questions answered

Representatives from NGC, NCS and PMG will also be available at booths A3-A6 to answer questions and explain the benefits of NGC, NCS and PMG.
