PMG-Graded Notes Headline Heritage Auctions in August

An extremely rare specimen from Zanzibar and a high-grade 1934 $5,000 Federal Reserve Note are among the PMG-graded rarities expected to realizes six figures in two Heritage Auctions sales in August. Below are highlights of the sales, to be held August 17, 2018, in Philadelphia:

- Lot 20107 - 1934 $5,000 Federal Reserve Note - Chicago, graded PMG 64 Choice Uncirculated. Estimate: $140,000 to $160,000 (USD).
- Lot 20084 - 1905 $20 Gold Certificate, graded PMG 67 Superb Gem Unc EPQ. Estimate: $120,000 and up.
- Lot 20078 - Cut Sheet of Four 1914 $100 Federal Reserve Notes - Boston, graded PMG 64 Choice Uncirculated. Estimate: $120,000 and up.
- Lot 20112 - 1928 $100 Gold Certificate, graded PMG 66 Gem Uncirculated EPQ. Estimate: $100,000 to $120,000.
- Lot 20080 - 1914 $100 Federal Reserve Note - Chicago, graded PMG 67 Superb Gem Unc. Estimate: $100,000 and up.
- Lot 20026 - 1861 $10 Demand Note, graded PMG 25 Very Fine. Estimate: $60,000 and up.
- Lot 20099 - 1928E $1 Silver Certificate, graded PMG 58 Choice About Unc EPQ. Estimate: $45,000 to $55,000.
- Lot 20090 - 1929 $100 - Winona, Minnesota, graded PMG 65 Gem Uncirculated EPQ. Estimate: $30,000 to $50,000.
- Lot 20114 - 1934D $5 Federal Reserve Note - Kansas City, with Dual Denomination Error ($5/$10), graded PMG 64 Choice Uncirculated EPQ. Estimate: $20,000 to $30,000.
